Hi, I'm Karen Proschuk Hewig!
I’m a school psychologist and a licensed educational psychologist.
I offer psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and consultation to students who are struggling academically, socially, or behaviorally.
Karen has over twenty years of experience working as a school psychologist in New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and California. She has extensive practice working with a wide range of students, age’s three through twenty-one and specializes in autism, dyslexia, executive functioning, and challenging behaviors.
Karen became a Licensed Educational Psychologist through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, which provides her the ability to work privately and reach a wide range of children and families across the region.
Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Science in Educational Psychology and Statistics, and Certificate in Advanced Study, School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.
